the food arrived cold and it looked like the to go box had been dropped because my food was all spilled around on the inside. the burrito was ok... I paid over $11 for a half of a cup of salad. 🫤

I was so excited for the French Toast Crunch. It was terrible. The French fries and Hash Browns (side) were soggy. The Smoothie & m&m were delicious. Everything came to $80. It seemed very expensive, especially for the quality of food we received. On top of that, I was charged an extra $9.99. Something doesn't seem right.

Eggs were overcooked and dry, hashbrowns were somehow overly soggy and bland, the pancakes were tough and chewy and hard cut, and the food had a strange gross smell to it. The only good thing about that meal was the bacon and the hashbrowns if they were covered in ketchup.
Other than the poor food quality, it was at the very least packaged with care with foil at the bottom which made it easier with less mess. Only issue with the packaging itself was there was so much steam build up that the bag was soaked.
If more care was put into cooking the food properly and seasoning it properly, it would have made for a great meal. But unfortunately, it wasn't a great meal.
