Always my go to location to order from late at night as it's always fresh! My only complaint is this time they threw the straw in the outer bag, therefore allowing it to bend. Also my drink never comes with the lid for the straw but I do appreciate the extra effort to ensure it doesn't spill. Otherwise probably the best a&w to order from!

Sprite fountain is flat, workers really need to service the machine. very sad about it. sweet potato fries are under cooked as well

There was nothing on these burgers at all except ketchup and mayo and these come with teen sauce according to ingredient list. Also, coffee lids on pop so where do we put straws? DoorDash won't help of course.

chicken was great but the poutine I ordered is missing most of the fries and gravy. it's basically a box of cheese

double teen was flavorless with wilted lettuce. onion rings were burnt and over cooked. They were not fresh. The root beer was flat and had no fizz. And lastly, the bacon and wager was missing entirely. I tried reporting all items but it wouldn't allow all to be reported. we love A&W, and this is not the norm, the food quality is always much better.
