Food has always arrived still hot & is the same quality every time. The poutine is a favorite of mine with its big chunks of cheese & plenty of gravy. A&W has some of the freshest tasting fries out there too!

ordered a bottle of water with my meal and paid the upcharge for it. Received an ice tea instead but the ice tea was half water (completely see through, tasted watered down).
The chicken burger itself was overcooked or maybe old/dried out.
This particular restaurant has gone really downhill.

teen burger had a soggy tomato and was little to no lettuce on there.. basically an expensive cheeseburger

A&W used to be my favorite. Not sure what happened to teen burgers, but both of us spit ours out. Soggy and flavorless. Fries didn't have any seasoning either and tasted of oil.

everything was perfect! Even though there are always new employees in fast food this Dairy Queen has always been a gem of Lethbridge for me! You guys are awesome and send out such tasty food!
