They forgot to put pickles on the Double Smashburger, and the parties were bland and very dry. I understand real smash burgers are usually dry, but these patties were too thick to be actual smash burgers. It was basically the same as any other normal fast food burger.

Normally love a&w but the fries were undercooked with no seasoning and the burger was so bland.

It wasn't a spicy chicken. The lettuce was old. The onion rings were a cold clump. Fries were good.
