10/10. The takeout bag format is genius. Everything was right and tasty. They used a solid lid for the fountain cup for transport, but included te straw and lid in the bad.

ordered teen burgers with no onion and received double onion. 1/4 inch thick slices of onion. No syrup for pancakes? I'm not usually a person that complains, but for the price of A&W before door dash costs, I'd hope they would get my order right.

They stacked the containers upright instead of flat, very poor packing decision! The containers don't seal at all, they are 2 separate pieces clipped together, so they are poor to begin with. My husband ordered his eggs sunny side up and when the container was stacked upright his eggs ran out of the container and onto my container and toast that was only in a small pouch. So my toast, and everything else in the bag was covered in runny egg. Even my breakfast was squashed all down to one end of the container.

food was cold, toppings on burgers were rotten(tomatoe and lettuce). apple juice was a cup of dirty water. burger patty under cooked. unimpressed.

The burger buns tasted like they were left out for days. The beyond meat was undercooked. Ordered one combo with sweet potato fries and the other with regular fries. The sweet potato fries were very soft and soggy & the other fries had an extreme amount of salt on them they were inedible. Added an apple turnover and it was over seasoned with the sugar mixture---it was disgusting. Everything tasted like it had been sitting for a long time and they covered it with as much seasoning to hide it. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the drinks were fine.
