Food was so cold and I asked for my fries to be put in a poutine box but they couldn't even fill up the box they gave me very little fries for the price of 6$ or so

I asked for no cheese. They put cheese on it anyway. I'm lactose intolerant. I shouldn't have to take my burger apart hoping I can fix it. They also skimped on the bacon (one small piece broken in half), and the bun was scorched, not toasted. But it was the cheese that really irritated me.

Giant piece of lettuce on the burger, like the whole leaf, plus more smaller pieces. You guys don't know you're supposed to tear it up?
And the onion rings are supposed to have seasoning salt sprinkled on them.

Out of the item I ordered and substituted with something I don't like. I called the store to make a change and received a side of attitude. I was not impressed by the service today. I will probably not be ordering from A&W again, nor will I recommend them to others.
