I ordered an English Muffin Cheese & Egger® Combo. Also, I paid extra for the onions. Instead I received an English Muffin with bacon and no onions. I don't eat bacon. This is a major error. Staff should take time to read instructions properly, especially as it relates to dietary restrictions and allergies. Avoidance of errors like these should be a high priority.
