Best Milk Tea place for Milk Tea and Vietnamese food! They literally have the best Vietnamese food that has the most similar taste to the original! Recommended<33

I used to order from the downtown location, I was super disappointed here. My A23. Maple Oolong Milk Tea had literally 5 pearls in it. My sub wasn't very good, I don't think I've ever had a bad Vietnamese sub, so today was a first. Meat was dry and tasteless.

I found the chicken to be quite dry, contrary to the description, and the flavor too sweet.  The Acocami was too thick and difficult to drink without effort.

Ordered the beef soup. Pretty awful. AAA beef shouldn't be ground beef...
And I got the oolong maple bubble tea, pretty awful as well. I asked for 30% sweet and I received a bubble tea so sweet you could see the ￼ undissolved sugar crystals in the cup. Will not be ordering from this place again.
