Complete order was Poor Quality. Cold food. Order incorrect. 
For example, Quarter Pound Brisket Sandwich meal was $20 and only had a couple  slices  of meat. Also, didn't get ordered drink.  
Classic French Dip & Swiss was cold and hard. Fries were chewy and tasted old.

Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. I was a little nervous ordering DD because of some of the reviews, but the crew recently is doing a great job! Most orders on DD are over $20 for 1 meal, I get way too much food for under $20 at Arbys. I'll definitely keep coming back if they keep this consistency

Greek Gyro was great and the Classic Beef 'n Cheddar was delicious. Jamocha Shake was especially delicious tonight!

I love Arby's, it's my favorite fast food restaurant but this location, both times I've gotten food from it is the ABSOLUTE WORST  I've ever had. Jalapeño bites are always soggy which I've never had a problem with at any other location. The Classic Beef and Cheddar has been either soggy or stale and almost no red sauce on it at all. The amount of beef on it is no where near as much as I've gotten at any other location. What a waste of money! Will not be giving this establishment anymore of my money and I wouldn't recommend anyone else waste theirs either.

The Greek Gyro was pretty big! Veggies on it were super fresh and the chocolate coffee shake thing was awesome. Fries were great. This is my first order from them but probably won't be my last.

Best Greek Gyro we had from this store yet, whoever made them, fantastic job, not the normal sloppy mess! 
The Crinkle Fries (Large) were salted to perfection, not too hot, to be expected, fries never hold heat long.
And they remembered my straw with my beverage! Thank you.
