First, I'd like to start with the good part of my review: Curly Fries (Large) are phenomenal - as usual. 10/10 Would order again. Unfortunately, someone must have grabbed the wrong sandwiches when bagging up the order because both of my Half Pound Roast Beefs had cheese sauce and barbecue sauce on them.

This is particularly disappointing, as I - a boring vanilla wafer - and my mother prefer these sandwiches plain, wih no accoutrements other than maybe horsey sauce (for me).

We will of course continue to order from Arby's, as they have (imo) the best fries in town out of all the other fast food places and their roast beef is great (when it's not drowning in accidental cheese and bbq).

Half Pound Roast Beef bun was completely burnt. Made everything in the bag have that burnt stink. Fries were crumbs, not one actual curly fries. Mozzarella Sticks (6 ea.) were the only good thing. Even the sweet tea I ordered was unsweetened

The roast beef sandwich was very dry. There is barely any cheese or red sauce on it. My mozzarella sticks were overdone as was to turn over. I have gotten much better from Arby's. I was very disappointed.

Our sandwiches were awesome, but my potato cakes (which I love) were not good.  They were extremely dark and looked and tasted like they were reheated.

My sandwich was just slapped together. None of the cheese is even on the bun the buns not toasted and the sauce is one little tiny red spot in the back of the one. I am very disappointed because I know Arby's does better than us and I have pictures if you would like me to load them up.
