From my experience in Kazakhstan, many cooks don't salt things enough, and that's very tru with the two dishes we ordered. The Lagman was solid, there was a good amount of meat included actually, lol but It tastes like salt was not used whatsoever. Added salt myself and it was good.
The shashlik was okay, also seemingly unsalted, but the worst was the fries included were very soggy and there was like 8 fries total. 8 mushy fries.
Probably better to go in person, and less expensive as well, the dishes are marked up by quite a bit.

I’m very disappointed with this order from Arzan Cafe. The delivery arrived about 40 minutes late even though I scheduled the time in advance, and I paid $22 for the plov but the portion was extremely small and not worth the price. I feel like I wasted my money and would appreciate

They replaced an item that does not have the same value as the one originally purchased and wrote a passive aggressive note about without contacting us to ask if we wanted a refund or replacement. Will not order form them again.

I used to order shawarma from your location many times. Last time it was worse, but today it tasted terrible. Looks like you changed oil to much cheaper one, or the oil used to fry is old and changed less frequently. I doubt I'll be ordering shawarma from your location again any time soon. Please do something about the oil.
