At $64 it would be satisfying to enjoy a piece of pita/bread with my Quart Avgolemono Soup or Greek Salad, feta is creamy and delicious. The Chicken Souvlaki comes with ONE piece of pita cut in half. This place is better than the best in Greek Town, but quite stingy.

Avli River North has officially become a weekly necessity! The chicken bowl is insanely flavorful, fresh ingredients, the portions are perfect, and the Greek Graviera fries with the spicy mayo are genuinely addictive. I don’t know another restaurant that hits every single time the way they do. At this point, I may need a loyalty program specifically for my addiction!! lol

Avgolemono Soup was good, but for the price, a piece of bread or even a slice of lemon would be nice. Portokalopita was also good, but no pistachios and very very little whipped cream. Disappointing considering this was $30 - but still good.

The Twisted Chicken Gyros was really filling and tasty and came with tons of fries on top. It was a little dry thoufh so definitely recommend adding a side of tzatziki or something. Overall though really good value for a solid and healthy lunch

I wish I could provide a picture of the $18 sampler platter which consisted of 3 scoops of dip, running together in the same takeout container. It was the saddest $18 I've ever spent. Most of the chicken in my bowl was fatty skin. The "charred" broccoli was steamed. Zero char.
