I placed a large order this morning and noticed a few issues. The online menu only allows you to select one of each bagel type, which made it hard to order multiples of the same kind. For example, I wanted two whole wheat everything and two egg everything bagels, but there was no way to specify that.
Also, they were out of my two French toast bagels and replaced them with rainbow bagels without checking with me first. I think the store should call to confirm substitutions instead of making automatic changes.
It would also help to have a notes or instructions section for bulk orders to avoid confusion. The store has this section off.

I ordered half dozen bagels habanero cheese and plain. I got 1 habanero and 5 plain. I expected 3 of each. There is no way to specify in app how many of each. I feel bummed not having enough habenero, it doesn't give value to use doordash for this.

Eggs N Meat Sandwich did not have regular peppers or jalapeños i paid extra for. ordered 2 drink, got none.
