• 25/4/24We enjoy Bamboo Bistro soooo much! Just as good through DoorDash as it is in person. I got the Massaman Curry on a chilly day delivered for lunch and it hit the SPOT. Ive tried tofu all around Milwaukee at different Thai restaurants, but Bamboo Bistro's tofu is the absolute best. Very crispy! Yum. ALL the curries are super good. Also the curry fried rice is AMAZING

• 23/2/25This place is ok, but not sure how its managed to gain a 4.7 star rating on DoorDash. Mushrooms in Tom Kha were too thick for the broth; papaya salad had sad bland tomatoes and was very spicy and salty (like too much), curries were fine but not memorable; pho broth was good but strange to have toppings come in ziploc bag. In full transparency I live in NYC now where standard for Thai and Vietnamese food is much higher but this place could definitely make improvements. Their service is always excellent though!

• 2/6/24Don't get the Vermicelli Noodle Bowl. It is not good. The pork is sautéed in black pepper only. Usually when you order this the pork is roasted. Sauce has no flavor. Literally sweet and sour sauce diluted in water. $15, not worth it! Will not be ordering this again. The only thing is that the portion is a good size.

• 21/3/26I love the red curry. It's has the best veggies, chicken and broth. There is a ton in the serving and is my favorite comfort food. The mango sticky rice is also delicious!

• 21/4/24The Massaman Curry was my favorite! So creamy and well-seasoned. Very rich flavor. The Beef Pho was nice, but a bit on the blander side compared to other pho I've tried. and the broth had cooled significantly by the time it arrived. The Pork Dumpling s were alright, but I would have preferred a dumpling option that wasn't deep fried. And either they forgot my mango sticky rice or the dasher stole it. The restaurant should probably seal their bags so that's not an issue.
