This Baskin-Robbins has honestly become one of my small safe places. I’ve loved the pink bubblegum ice cream since I was a little girl I'm approaching 40 now something's never change It's my comfort food and brings me a lot of joy especially on hard days. Some people crack open a beer at the end of a bad day. I crack open a 24oz container of bubble gum ice cream. I've ordered 14 times just on the all since April. I don't care to know how many times on DoorDash.
I had a couple of order mix-ups recently and the second time I ended up with something I wouldn’t normally eat. I called in, and the supervisor I spoke with was so kind and patient with me. I was having a really overwhelming day and honestly was already emotionally drained, and she just handled everything with so much grace and compassion. The most impressive she engaged with so much maturity!! She treated me like a human. You don't get that anymore you're just another consumer or just another transaction. People hardly even make eye contact with you during a transaction anymore lol it's wild.
A few days later when I ordered again, she even added a free scoop with a sweet note, which I thought was incredibly thoughtful. It meant more than just ice cream it felt like someone actually cared.
In a world that can feel really mean and heavy sometimes, small kindness like that goes a long way. I really appreciate this location and the people working here. 💗 I'm getting ready to move home to Colorado after being here for almost a decade thank you Baskin-Robbins thank you Lompoc - The pink bubblegum girl. OK.

Out of one of the flavors we asked for ... driver called for substitute which was very nice but then store just put something else entirely in one order. Was supposed to be a scoop of chocolate peanut butter but nope. And one of the other double scoops was supposed to have a scoop of jamoca almond fudge - they must've been running out because it was about a tablespoon worth then put the second scoop of another flavor on top to hide it. Crappy for spending $40 on ice cream delivery to have two out of three orders wrong.

I ordered two scoops and it was one scoop big cup small portion, that's not how it's supposed to b when I go in person the ice cream literally is coming out of cup and I pay less

Disappointing. They're always out of so many flavors. You need to have two or three backup flavors every time you order because 7 times out of 10 they will not have what you order. This does not depend on the time of day nor the time of year. And this problem is particular to this store.

31 Flavors, been a fan since a child of the 60's. 47 induced Corporate Greed = Massive Shrinkflation & OUTRAGEOUS prices!!! We'll be making our own ice-cream from here on out. SAD!!!
