• 4/10/25The ice cream is great, but I didn't receive 2 flavors that I wanted. I understand if they didn't have the flavors, but they didn't even reach out to ask what substitute I'd like. I'd still order again though.

• 6/4/26They sent everything as a mess, without the flavors I ordered and without the extras I paid for. This is a rip-off. I will never order from them again—truly terrible service. If you don’t want to do things right, don’t do them at all.
