They never ever have the flavors of ice cream we choose. They always replace it, and often without even asking. And the milkshakes barely have flavor and are so watered down.

i ordered 3 pints and got 3 scoops. you could imagine how 3 people were slightly disappointed to wait 40 minutes for just a taste of iced cream. it must be easy to figure out the sizes at An ice cream shop. what happened!?

Do not order from this place unless you want to be disappointed. I wish I could give 0 stars. Despite reading the reviews, I decided to give them a chance, but I regret it. I paid $7.48 for the chocolate chip cookie dough layered sundae, but all I got was a small scoop of plain cookie dough ice cream in a cup—no toppings as shown. I also ordered the brownie sundae and received only a cup of vanilla ice cream, with no brownie or toppings included. To top it off, I ordered a bottle of Root beer but was given Pepsi instead. I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience."
