• 28/2/25Ordered the Bacon with Egg and was soo good! Caramel onion added great flavour aswell as the sauces. The bagel itself tasted very fresh im not sure if they make their bagels from scratch but definitely tastes like it !

• 6/9/23I'm torn about this place - the Wood Smoked Pastrami Reuben was a great sandwich and stuffed with fillings, but these are *not* bagels (very soft, like brioche rolls). Lamington (Vegan, Gluten Free) was lush!! But croissants are basic. Great chai. Solid stuff but I'd only get it again on discount. Would be 5 stars if actual bagels.

• 8/11/23I waited an hour and 20 minutes for a cold and somewhat soggy bagel. Still the best bagel I've ever had, honestly flavour was perfect & all ingredients were cooked great. I can only dream about what a hot and fresh one would be like. 10/10
Iced latte had no ice by the time it got to me, but wasn't too watery. Couldn't fault it though. 8/10

• 14/11/22They use fluffier bagels which I've really come to appreciate over the denser alternatives. Have tried each of the bagels and the flavours are always spot on but I've settled on the bacon with egg as my go-to.
Have had some issues with coffee spillage during delivery. Would be nice to see some coffee lid plugs used.

• 17/8/24rarely have I come across a bagel with less flavour. I mean I ordered a smoked salmon bagel, all the salmon was bunched up in one spot, as was the red onion. the bagel itself felt and tasted stale, and to top it all off, took one and a half hours for my displeasure to arrive.
