I was charged $5.00 for a waffle cone with sprinkles that I did not receive.  It was part of an order of 3 malts delivered to a patient in ICU at the hospital. ￼
Kind of ruined the surprise.  Did not expect that sort of mistake on a $50 order from Ben and Jerry's.  ￼
I am requesting a refund for that portion of the order.

I ordered a Large (3 scoops) with 3 different flavors but I only received 1 flavor in a small. The brownie was hard as a BRICK.
