This is my favorite pizza in Silicon Valley -- close to New York style with thin, crisp crust, big foldable slices, a bubbly charred cornicione (the lip of the pie). Fresh veggies and plentiful. Recommendations:
Offer half and half
Add green onions as a topping
Change your Italian sausage from that weird shredded stuff to actual homemade ground sausage.
More cheese (I add extra cheese as a topping).

The closest to NYC pizza I have found in the South Bay. Absolutely delicious!!! The cannoli are spot on as well!

Pricey but worth it for high quality thin crust pizza :) it's a pretty big pizza and can feed a family of 4.

Pizza is way to big and the flop was not my fav, very greasy. The regular pepperoni I don't recommend. The combo was better

Not the original Bibos it used to be before! The crust is different and flavor of chickenis different. I ordered my favorite pesto PESTO CHICKEN: Chicken, Pesto, Garlic that I usually order but for the last couple of times they have merely given an already made pizza with just adding pesto drizzle on it . I have a very strong feeling that either the management or the chef has changed. Miss the original Bibos
