The menu said cream cheese on the side and they put it on the sandwiches. My coworker and I are very disappointed. Especially since it was supposed to be a 2oz side for the extra money and it was just a swipe on the sandwich. Also we ordered different flavors so we could share and not possible; also since it was a flavored cream cheese it changed the sandwich flavor not appetizing at all.

Second time ordering from here where they just gave me a completely random assortment of bagels that I didn't order. They left a note on the bag that they didn't have a kind of bagel I ordered, but when I opened the bag they must've just blindly threw in 6 bagels. To charge $20 for 6 random bagels is absurd.

The Southern Tradition is excellent with Asiago bagel. The Cinnamon Toast Latte doesn't have a ton of flavor but coffee good. Next time I will add some more flavoring.
