I was not expecting the ribs and chicken to be this amazing
Portion sizes are perfect for the amount of food on each plate.
Ribs have just the right amount of smokiness
Chicken is so perfectly cooked and tender the knuckles of the bones are soft
Their BBQ sauce and buns are on point, and the onion rings, fries and zucchini were perfectly fried.
The ingredients are fresh and each plate comes wrapped in heavy foil to keep the food warm and intact.
All the right decisions are being made by this establishment
As a bbq enthusiast myself, I will gladly save myself hours of prep & smoke time, and simply order these ribs and chicken for my next party.

Another great meal from Big B's! 1/2 Chicken Al a Carte is an incredible value and served with a side of warm barbecue sauce. The BBQ Beef Sandwich was stacked high, sauced generously, and hit the spot. We also ordered the quart-sized coleslaw and it was super fresh and not overly dressed. Overall, it was a wonderful and affordable meal that made everyone happy.

Potato salad used large chunks of potatoes. Unlike most potato salads. No seasoning. Healthy portion with lil taste. Beans were not done in bar b Q beans. Beans were hard. Unable to smash them with a fork some broke in half as uncooked through and through. Meat was char broiled and not grilled like bar b Q. Sauce was not cooked with meat but added topically by spreading on after cooking was complete some parts charred but not simmered on grill. Bone extracted by pulling meat from it. None was tender enough to fall off bone on its own.charred meat topped with a sauce. Would not buy again. 38.00 waste!

Absolutely delicious food! The Whole Slab Dinner and 1/2 Chicken Al a Carte are juicy all the way through, skin just lightly charred, lacquered in a sticky-sweet-smoky sauce with just the perfect tang. Every order for 20+ years has been great -- from sandwiches to full meals. Even the Brownie Special is dessert done the best way! It's wonderful to have such a wonderful, family run restaurant nearby.

Everything was great. Ribs and chicken were hot and delicious, and the onions rings super crispy. The food is always great and it's one of our favorite places to eat.
