• 13/11/24I order from Big Burger Spot whenever I'm dogsitting in KVille. I'm a picky eater, so I love the BYO option and it's my go-to. Every single time, the burger is exactly as ordered and insanely good. Never been disappointed or unsatisfied. I'm not a huge fan of super thick stacked burgers, or anything fancy, but if you are- these burgers are stars on their own without anything else, no extra stuff is even needed. Whatever they're doing, it's damn good. Great for fancy palettes and the common man's! 10/10 every time. Highly recommend.

• 30/12/25My burger was overcooked, and there was barely any blue cheese on the burger. The banana pudding was watered down and very mushy and I asked for a sweet sauce and got honey mustard. That's not the sauce I want and the driver forgot my drink.

• 4/2/24My driver Makayla was awesome and very helpful and nice. She delivered my food as courteous as any one could be. My burger and Cajun fries was awesome and very tasteful. I would always recommend this restaurant to any one.

• 24/6/26I don't typically write reviews but wasnt very happy with this service. I paid extra for a bigger order of Cajun Fries , and the size sent looked like a single order. Also, paid for bacon on my Spinach Pesto Chicken Sandwich and it was forgotten. When I called they didn't seem to broken up by my complaint...I'll think twice before I order from here again!
