Pizza was the best I've had from there in a long time. Fresh hot and hit the spot

This order was over cooked, small, maybe 20 fries, onion rings were burnt. Gosh was soggy and over cooked. No plastic ware, condiments or coke slaw. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed. For $75 I could have gone out for dinner

Big Y usually makes a pretty good pizza, but this was so incredibly uncooked that the dough was chewy and raw. I could feel the powdery flour still in my mouth and the cheese felt like it was almost still unmelted, crust was cold to the touch and unrisen. DoorDash didn't even offer any refund or anything for it. Would have given 1 star if I didn't think that they can do better than this.

Quality was good as usual. They always seem to be very slow. On this order they sent the wrong pizza.

The sandwich shop didn't bother to make the sandwiches until I had shown up to pick the order up. This is the second time this happened; they don't like to pay attention to the door dash orders.
