Dear Bigfoot, Please seal the opening of All drink types! The cup opening is nearly an inch. Totally exposed. Gross. Major safety concern. The Strawberry Sasquatch, however, is absolutely delicious and refreshing.

I routinely order from this location, and often before heading to work, or after work head to get a cup of coffee from here. However, as of late, my drinks have been becoming problematic. My order, (typically a 24oz - Abominable White Mocha ) will be several ounces short, as of today (12/11/2025) this will have been the fourth time i have received a drink that was little over half full.
Whoever is doing this needs to be removed, because they are continuously making drinks half-full and charging full price, they are ripping off the customer. I did not pay $8.35 for half of a drink.
This must be remedied.

The service here is amazing & they're always friendly & smiling & make our coffees perfectly. I'm a frequent customer & they get to know your drink pretty quickly & exactly how you like it. I will not get my coffees anywhere else as they just don't compare to Bigfoot Paradise.
