I am never disappointed with the QUALITY of the items I receive when ordering from Bigby. However, attention to detail is important. I ordered and ICED  Golden Chai and received it hot. It was still delicious, but just not what I was craving this morning. The Ham & Cheese Bragel was also good, I added egg and used Havarti cheese.

There was no sticker over my cup to cover the open portion of my lid. How am I supposed to know if the driver sneezed or coughed with the cup in their car with my drink exposed? The employees don't package correctly for delivery.

Red Bull®  Mocktail Very disappointed. Hardly any flavor and tasted like pond water. Likely an isolated incident.
