the ham and swiss croissant was cold and has one thin slice of ham, for the price this is a major rip off

I have ordered from this coffee place a few times now, and initially, all of the coffee ordered was spot on- a welcomed reprieve from a sleepless night with a newborn. But now, it seems like every time I order, the drinks have been subpar, in that they are usually missing a central feature of what makes it a Blended Caramel Truffle, and if I'm paying nearly $15 dollars for it, I would appreciate it if it showed up adequately.

I like everything else I've ever gotten at Black Rock, so this is still 5 stars, but these particular drinks I chose this time were not good. The Buttercup Shaken Espresso tastes like burnt coffee grounds. And I decided to choose the sour option for the Iced Fuel I got. They put these sour sugar crystals inside. I expected it to taste like sour candies or something. I wouldn't say it's bad, but it's too much. It just tastes kinda acrid. I probably won't choose that option again.

thought this was going to be a warm drink sadly :( but it's good! the burritos are a little small for my idea ofwhat they charge but it's pretty good and they have good salsa.

I don't think the drinks were correct this round, as we couldn't tell the Mexican mocha from the regular mocha - normally, we can smell the difference since cups aren't labeled. (Labeling the cups would help in general)
