This is by far one of my favorite sushi restaurants in town. Their fish is SO FRESH and every single roll is made with with amazing fresh ingredients.

Garlic noodles and garlic rice are perfect now; used to be oily and rich in garlic. The green meadow sushi is delicious! It's the first vegan roll that's on the menu. Best japanese restaurant in town. 2 Thumbs ups!

Blue Ginkgo is our favorite Japanese restaurant and offers vegan dishes. I rated it 4 stars this time bc the garlic noodles and fried rice were too salty and greasy. We'll continue to order from Blue Ginkgo.

Love the Green Meadow rolls but the garlic rice and noodles are too oily, too much garlic and have cross-contamination - we are vegans.

The Chirashi Bowl* was excellent with great presentation and good quality fish.  It even came with a small container of cubed cucumbers in a spicy tangy suace.
