Absolutely scrumptious Two Meats & Two Sides tender, juicy and the BBQ sauce was tangy and sweet! Gorgeously prepared Bluestone Caesar salad with super fresh and crisp lettuce! The grits and cheese paired with the Bluestone Corn Crab Bisque lightened the spiciness but it was still delicious. Definetly worth 5 stars

They're normally excellent but they sent a cup of soup that I paid $13 for that is the size of a portable one that goes in a kids lunchbox. $13 for soup that is less than 4 oz. The food is really good, but this has been a consistent problem ever since the soup went on the menu. I've never gotten the same size twice and it seems like each time I order the portion gets less and less, but the price doesn't get less than less. I would appreciate management reaching out to me because I do feel like something needs to be reconciled here. I paid for DoorDash and obviously none of that DoorDash fault but that's happened a bunch of times thru delivery and staying at hotel and even room . Every time I've had points about the quantity of the soup and the soup is fabulous but this one was messy and had some leaking, but no, it was not the bottom of the bag. This time I was obviously in new Hampton home to suites on Cole Mill Road but this restaurant is inside the Hilton by Duke University, which is a ~2/10 of a mile from here and I live locally so I really would like the manager to maybe reach out and see if I can get some kind of card or like credit or extra point or something like that Because I've I've had stayed anywhere outside of the Hilton and probably 10 years and the food at Bluestone Grill has really really really gotten good, but I have to acknowledge they do not do nearly well with their takeout preparation as they do the sit down patrons. And to be clear, none of them have ever been rude or inappropriate or there is no specific person that this is directed at at alllike I said I've been coming in the same Hilton for years and I would just kinda like to become compensated in someway for my inconvenience, so thank you..

This was my first time ordering from here. Although, the BBQ Shrimp & Grits were forgotten with my first order, I reordered them and they were great. The portion was more than I expected and everything was fresh/spicy. I would order again.

They are great with meats. The 16-ounce Bone-in Rib eye rib-eye was a great. I'm not a fan of the seasonings used, but I understand that every restaurant is different. What impressed me the most was that I asked for a medium rare, and when I got it, it was exactly what I asked for. Not many chefs can do it at a restaurant and with delivery its even harder. I would order again.
We liked the Three Meats & Two Sides. The portions are good. Was not a fan of the Brussels sprouts.

The brisket and 1/2 chicken were both dry. I did like the seasoning on the chicken. The the thigh was decent, tender but the breast not so much. Brisket was dry and chewy. Potato salad was bland and season less. Decided to add some from my personal arsenal. Couldn't eat the greens, since I don't eat pork. I tasted a bit and it was seasoned well. Overall though, it was fresh, and was well proportioned. Would order again if they cut down at least 10-15 mins in cook time.
