BoHeo is just fantastic.
The broth is beautiful. Every appetizer I've had is excellent. They do a light fry that is delightful. The beef belly has changed my life, and I'm sad when I'm having pho and it's not an option. But when it my choice in Denver for pho it's always an option, because I'm going BoHeo evey time.

I always get the Pho Combo (Pho Dac Biet) in a large size, which never fails to sate my profound hunger for pho. Bo Heo's pho broth is among the best I've ever tasted: it's rich with a deep bone marrow flavor I've rarely seen in this city. The rice noodles have a satisfying chew, the vegetables are very fresh, and the meats are sumptuous.
Will ALWAYS order again!

Loved the beef pho. Everything packaged well. Crispy Eggrolls are too small and not substantial filling. The Spring Rolls were bland
