Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
My only gripe would be the family sized servings. I got the family sized Bo Rounds and it was barely enough for 3 people. Would not be appropriate for a family of 4. Same for the family sized Mac &Cheese. It was just enough for my child. Certainly could have stretched it to two people but that is it. Stop being so stingy with the sides. We pay enough for good sized portions on DoorDash.

Southern Gravy Biscuit Biscuits were so hard and old. It was obvious they werent made today. Bo Berry Biscuits were like cardboard with icing. Horrible food quality

This store constantly gets my order wrong. I ordered a 3 wing dinner, I didn't receive my fries and the food was overcooked. The last time I ordered they forgot to give me the ranch and the chicken was old.

Southern gravy biscuit - very little gravy(the discuit wasnt covered), COLD , gravy had started to congeal; pimento cheese biscuit had maybe a teaspoon of pimento cheese and was COLD; Coffee- COLD, no cream/sugar; Football Bo-berry biscuit and sweet potato pie- COLD and very little icing, ordered extra icing and didn't get (they "forgot " the icing all together in the bo-berry biscuit AND sweet potato pie). Took 45 minutes to receive the order- restaurant is not quite 3/4 mile from my residence. Very disappointing

The mashed potatoes had no gravy on them and I'm pretty sure that was a small fry
