The Cajun Filet Biscuit® had an ample amount of seasoning and tasted amazing. The Bo* Fries were super salty and hot, like they were fresh out the oven. 9/10 Would order again.

I ordered the 12 piece 12pc Chicken Supremes Meal and I also ordered two Sausage Egg & Cheese Biscuits with Bo Rounds. The 12pc Chicken Supremes Meal were old and the fries were so old that they were hard. The Sausage Egg & Cheese Biscuits were cold not even lukewarm same with the bo Bo-Tato Rounds®

I placed my food order online ahead of time, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. Unfortunately, when I got there, my order was incorrect because the cheese was not added as requested.
I also had to wait an additional 3–4 minutes for my iced coffee. I was on my work break, so I was expecting the pickup to take only about 5–10 minutes. Instead, the mistakes with my order and the additional wait caused me to go over my scheduled break time at work.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but this was frustrating because I placed the order online specifically to save time.
