Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Food was undercooked. Biscuit was half raw. Fries still firm in the middle. They usually do a good job at this location. But not that day. Had to put everything in the air fryer

Southern Gravy Biscuit Biscuits were so hard and old. It was obvious they werent made today. Bo Berry Biscuits were like cardboard with icing. Horrible food quality

This store constantly gets my order wrong. I ordered a 3 wing dinner, I didn't receive my fries and the food was overcooked. The last time I ordered they forgot to give me the ranch and the chicken was old.

My only gripe would be the family sized servings. I got the family sized Bo Rounds and it was barely enough for 3 people. Would not be appropriate for a family of 4. Same for the family sized Mac &Cheese. It was just enough for my child. Certainly could have stretched it to two people but that is it. Stop being so stingy with the sides. We pay enough for good sized portions on DoorDash.

The egg and cheese biscuit wasn't cooked all the way. Bo rounds were also not cooked all the way.
