I received all my items and we even win one was incorrect they were still able to swap it out for a similar item for the food itself is 100% delicious and worth the money great care and great customer service will be coming back for sure

3verything was delicious with a good price ..can't be beat!! The only issue I had was that I received 2 legs and a Thigh instead of 2 thighs and a leg ...and the way it read on Door Dash, I actually thought I was getting 5 pieces when I placed the order. The fresh hot food made up for the mistake 😋 The Sweet Potato Pie was fire the cinnamon and butter on the outside added just the right touch to enhance the flavor of the sweet potato even more ...yum yum I will be back soon. Oh and not to leave out the sides, mac n cheese was the best, the dirty rice was jus right and the cole slaw too! Biscuit yum too like a homemade buttermilk biscuit!

Awesome food, the chicken was moist and crispy and all of the sides were hot and fresh. Decent value too! And the dasher was awesome!

o's Chicken Combo w/Fries was awesome! Always love the BE&C Biscuit but bacon was a bit too salty but still good! Really liked the Bo Berry Biscuit! All together made a dinner and biscuit for breakfast!

The 1 star is there only because the food (we ordered breakfast biscuit combos) was good. The order took right at 40 minutes. My friend picking up the order was parked outside the window for 15 minutes before she went inside to say something. Even after that it still took over 15 minutes for the food to be ready - again, 3 breakfast biscuit combos. Additionally, the family size side of Bo rounds we ordered was about half full. Typically they're good about compensating for their errors, but no attempt was made today. It seems like every time we choose them, they either take forever or they get it wrong, or both. I NEVER complain, but if nothing is said management can't address these issues.
