Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I've ordered from here multiple times. My order is always 100% correct and complete. And the chicken biscuit is HUGE (and tastes better than whatever woody, stringy chicken supplier the "My Pleasure" folks have recently switched to for their biscuits).

The quality of the food at Bojangles has gone down considerably. The filets themselves used to be bigger, properly breaded, and well seasoned. Now they are flat as a pancake, overcooked, and bland. I can no longer recommend going to Bojangles.

Biscuits hard & room temperature. Tasted stale & were chewy. Sausage grave had 2 tiny pieces of sausage in it & was very bland. Never again.

Biscuits and gravy is the truth. Comes with 1 biscuit split in half and plenty of gravy. Perfect with the Tater Rounds.

I would have given it 5 stars! Don't get me wrong the food is always good. My issue is not with the taste or freshness of the food. I asked for 3 vanilla creamers for my coffee, which is an option on the online menu. I placed the order on DoorDash. The main reason I ordered coffee is because I like flavored creamer added in my coffee and no other FF restaurant has flavored creamer but Chick fiI A. If I would have known it wasn't available or it did not come with my delivery, I would have order tea or orange juice. I know it may be a small thing but this is about customer service and the cost to order your food to be delivered is more re expensive than getting it yourself. I'm at work so I couldn't go pick up and I was wanting breakfast because I was hungry before my lunch break. I could have just drank the coffee at my job but we do not have flavored creamer and I ran out of my stash I keep in my desk.
