Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
This is the most inconsistent Bojangles I've ever ordered from. Like once a week the food will be perfect then the rest of the days it garbage. I pay for extra icing on the Bo Berry biscuits because my autistic son will only eat them if there is extra icing and it's one of his favorite foods. The fries are ALWAYS undercooked and under seasoned. The Carolina crunch Bo round is the greasiest thing I have ever seen and I'm not joking. It literally soaks the bag and everything in it. I've reported the store to corporate multiple times and it never helps. They might do good for a week then right back to being inconsistent.

I know I didn't pay almost 4 dollars for this little thing of coleslaw with my family meal is supposed to be the bigger size like the container of the mac & cheese

Rice was old. Supremes seemed old and/or burnt. Biscuit was old/hard and burnt. I haven't had bojangles in a while and was very disappointed that I wasted the money. I didn't eat the biscuit, half the rice, or half of the supremes wasted food and money.

Every item in my order came both CORRECT and HOT or COLD respectively which, in my experience with most DoorDash deliveries, rarely happens. Great job Bojangles and great job to my driver, Mahlon! I also wanted to note, the size of the Cajun Filets on my biscuits were perfect - not too big and not too small.

Usually pretty good. Today there was 0 seasoning on the fries, the chicken on my Cajun Fillet biscuit was burnt and dry. Idk who makes the cinnamon biscuits now but don't waste ur money on them. They are hard as a rock with hardly any cinnamon on it. Even when I ask for extra icing it still comes with just a tiny bit. Seems like they have a new cook or something now and everything has been terrible lately.
