I got the Tonkotsu Ramen, and I was impressed. First the fact that the noodles and topping are separated from the broth was great to see and even though the noodles weren't boiled into the broth the oils from the broth stuck to the noodles, this kept the noodles from getting soggy so they kept they're springy texture. Now the broth was very good it was deep, hearty, and flavorful. I had the level 4 spicy and it was a great balance of heat and flavor. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves ramen.

I was so excited to eat that I didn't take a picture lol. The Miso Ramen was so good!!! Exactly as described, great packaging, and wonderful flavors! Saved the 4. Surf&Turf for later as I was too full to eat more. I imagine it will be just as described and just as delicious as the Miso Ramen . Everything tasted great, was fresh, and the portion size was wonderful. I will definitely be ordering again!!!

The pieces of fish are really small compared to the other poke places in town , & the portion size was small for how much you spend, but the quality is good & it was all delicious!

Looooove this place! Their salmon and tuna are so fresh and they give a large portion of avocado as well! Think I might order for dinner again tonight!

new favorite Tonkotsu Ramen! everything was packaged thoughtfully. the spice paste came in a separate container so we could add to taste. level 4 was perfect amount for me. the Spring Rolls (2) were some of the best I've ever had honestly.
