• 27/9/26Delicious and always consistent. Since there was no longer an area to write instructions , I had to call restaurant. Order was already made, but they graciously remade. Ordered the medium rare beef noodle 9. Medium-Rare or Well-Done Beef Noodle Soup (which contains fresh cilantro that we don't care for)& 1. Deep-Fried Vietnamese Spring Rolls (4 Rolls) Both always exceptional! If you get large soup with extra meat it definitely can be shared, portions are big. We order regularly from this restaurant.

• 8/7/26I've tried about 5 Vietnamese restaurants in the area and Bolsa is phenomenal. Definitely my favorite. High quality ingredients, generous portions, amazing flavour and great value.

• 3/9/24Flavour was ok & the shrimp salad rolls were so full of noodles, they literally exploded when I unrolled from the packaging - threw out as wasn't worth the effort after a couple of bites.

• 10/9/26The large portions are indeed large. The pork is usually a bit dry but the beef is good. Springs rolls are tasty.
