Boludo's delivery is hit or miss, but I always come back, so must rate 4 stars. We always order the Margarita pizza and the Pepperoni pizza. This time it was delicious. The pepperoni pizza is rarely as pepped up as the photo and today was no exception, but it was perfectly cooked and delicious. Boludo clearly uses high quality ingredients, and the crust, sauce, and cheese are fresh and flavorful. The Margarita was perfectly cooked with plenty of cheese and toppings. So glad we ordered tonight!

Worst ceasar salad I have ever had. Huge Huge chunks of lettuce. Unable to even mix up salad. The chunks were the size of my hand. About a tablespoon of THICK dressing. Did not distribute well around the salad. The crouton was stale and wildly over seasoned leaving a gross taste in my mouth. Cheese was shaved so thin it all stuck together in a clump. The pepperoni pizza was mid - very greasy.

All items were delicious! We especially liked the empanadas. Generous portions of the filling in all 3, very fresh tasting. The chimichurri was fantastic. The pizza crust is different in a positive way- light, airy, and perfect!

Food was awesom. Pepperoni was great, but didn't have nearly the amount of meat as the photo. Cesar was yummy but a bit odd--one giant, soggy, spicy crouton and a dressing that was very hummus-like in texture. Churro Donuts were AWESOME.

Boludo is our favorite pizza and empanada restaurant! My son says he could eat it every night. The Pepperoni pizza is his go to and I love the Margarita. Be sure to add at least one extra Boludo® Chimichurri to your order. I wish it was sold by the pint, it's that good!! Lastly, the Jamón Y Queso (Fried) empanada was delicious as always!
