My food came hot . I LOVE IT! Spam Musubi was perfect! The portions are perfect for mornings and I have ordered this dish several times. YUMMY! So fresh! So good! Taste is my favorite! Trying Cream Coconut Water Matcha for the first time...it's bomb DOT COME AND GET SOME MORE PLEASE!

I've always loved their cream top here and so I tried the Cream Top Vietnamese Coffee and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. It was creamy and still very strong. I also did try their Cortado and that was also very delightful! The portion size, I would say is good but I would always love more of it. the Banana Cream Matcha was delicious! When I order from Bonsai, it would usually be a Matcha and a Coffee. I definitely love and would order again!

I order from Bonsai often, and the quality is usually very consistent. Unfortunately, this time the matcha tea tasted much sweeter and more bland than usual (usually I can taste smooth, slightly bitter taste of the matcha) and I could only take 2–3 sips before I stopped drinking it. I stirred it well to make sure the matcha wasn’t just settled at the bottom, but it still tasted the same. The packaging was great, but the drink didn’t taste like the matcha I normally get from Bonsai. I don't think I'll order again :(

Didn't receive half my order and restaurant makes it impossible to call them to ask about the missing items. We did receive our Vietnamese Coffee Lattes and those were delicious. Wish we were able to try the other things we ordered like the musubi and matcha.
