The Peruvian pollo a la brasa usually has a juicy breast; this one was dry—that’s what sets it apart from other versions abroad, the juiciness. As a Peruvian, I was very disappointed. Also, the ají de polleria was not authentic; it tasted more like mayonnaise than huacatay!. This will be the first and last time I buy from them.
