This was my first time trying this spot and I am so happy that I did! You get quality with this restaurant along with reasonable pricing. This will def be my new spot for a healthy breakfast.

The food was fresh but lacked flavor in a major way.
I ordered the Chilaquiles and added beef for an additional price of beef. I was expecting a whole Asada instead they gave me a few cut pieces of steak that was really tough to chew.
I will not be ordering from ordering again

We had a last minute early morning vip mtg that required breakfast.. options very limited. Came across Breakfast Republic. They offered a very nice variety of hot breakfast items.. outside the normal scope. Food was packed nicely, presented well so it was easy to replate onto dishes. Definitely top of my list for morning meetings.

The tostadas were very good it's one of my favorite dishes for breakfast and you get enough for two meals.
