All of our brisket, pork, chicken and wings are smoked in house with locally grown ragged Hickory wood and lightly dusted with our own Ft. Worth dry rub made at Vance's old hang out were he flung 50 briskets a day. Fact or fiction, "there are more brisket sandwiches served in Texas than Quarter Pounders." We also do it by the Pound for your own Texas backyard party or any occasion.
Oh yeah, these are great for the game or on the boat. Especially the Nachos in the Pizza Box.
