BYO Double Smash was really good. Patties not quite as thin as some smash burgers so had a bit more substance still with the lacy edges. Cooked nicely, & toppings good. What surprised me was how great the Buttermilk Fried Chicken Tenders were. Some of the most flavorful tenders I've had. There were 7 decent sized ones. Good crispiness, breading to chicken ratio. Definitely will get them again. BBQ sauce very good, as was the teriyaki.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERYTHING was the bomb and perfect! Bison burger yum, chicken tenders were my fav, the onion rings are huge, and the fries are yum and they make there own ketchup and it is the bomb! Definitely recommend this place big time! Yum. Oh and their home made ranch is soooooo good!

So I immediately attacked the Hand-Dipped Strawberry Milkshake (gf) and it was so good I didn't want to stop. I love how everything was packaged. The salad looks very nice and fresh and it was a good portion for it being the Small Buttermilk Cobb rather than the larger one. I ordered chili cheese fries and I appreciated the chili and cheese being packaged separately so I could assemble it. They were all a good temp so that the flavor and integrity of the chili cheese fries was not sacrificed. The Mac and cheese is very good. Plain enough that a child would love it but flavorful enough that I can enjoy it as an adult although I did need to add pepper . And the burger, the star of the show. Immediately you smell the fresh pickles when you open the box. The size looks manageable yet filling. I love a good burger that isn't huge and sloppy just to say they have the biggest. The flavor is excellent. I chose the Mexicali BBQ* and was very happy with my choice. I usually don't go for adventurous burgers because when I want a burger I want simple, I want nostalgic. But this burger is just the right amount of adventurous yet with the right combo of flavors that don't overpower the meat, which is what I want to taste the most of. I will definitely be ordering again.

I very very rarely will leave a negative review ive worked in the food industry for years but for the price of the order, everything was very underwhelming. All 3 items were extremely bland with the ranch it only tasted like dill. The Onion Rings-App (vg) batter tasted like it had next to no salt or seasoning. Same issue with the BYO Double Smash* and Impossible (v) we had to add our own salt pepper and Lawrys. If im paying 20 for a burger i shouldnt have to season it myself You get more flavor from Wendy's. Also, they give you an option to add saues with your fries, and we received none of them, just the sweet marinara they call house ketchup. We're all human and I know we make mistakes but the whole order was a wreck. Fries were good tho

I eat at Bru Burger regularly (both in-restaurant and via DD) and get the small Valencia salad almost every time... so I know what it normally looks like. I literally LOL'd when I opened this order. Not even 5 full slices of mandarin orange? No almonds, maybe a tablespoon of quinoa. I basically paid $17 for mixed greens and some chewy chicken. Wow.
