this is how my $13 lox bagel arrived. to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Smooshed and very little to no cream cheese.

The Smoked Salmon begal had one tiny peice of salmon. Not worth $10, for sure! The Herby Turkey had a ton of turkey and barely any veg. For a corporate chain- I expect more consistently.

The pumpernickel bagel we got with our order was noticeably smaller, not as fresh and nowhere near the quality of the other two bagels. It was as if it was taken from a bag of Lenders bagels...which would explain everything that we had issues with.
This is the first times I've ever encountered this with Bruegger's, and I hope it's the last.

ordered Single Bagel with Cream Cheese and Egg, Sausage & Cheese.The bagels are fresh.
I also orderedBacon, Avocado & Tomato Egg White . I didn't realize that there is also tomato sauce or paste along with the tomato, bacon, egg and tiny bit of avocado.

I ordered the Vermonter. Why is this store charging extra for the bagel the sandwich is supposed to come with? That is ridiculous. They gave me the wrong bagel- it was a small, dry blueberry bagel, which none of the ingredients would stay on. On top of that, it was cold, there was like no cream cheese, cheese, maple syrup or bacon. I'm pretty disappointed to have paid almost $12 for a complete mess with a terrible bagel and hardly any ingredients. What a rip off!
I won't be ordering from here again.
