• 3/8/24my breakfast bowl was loaded with crispy tater tots (underneath) with a lot of delicious egg, bacon, green onion & thyme sauce goodness on top! the bowl is definitely worth the money, as you see i was given plenty! brunch thyme is definitely in top for the best brunch spot in wilmington.

• 14/4/24Awesome!! Both were delicious w generous portions for two to share. The grits were creamy with the shrimp cooked perfectly and the biscuit is what a southern biscuit should be, slightly crumbly, light and full of flavor. Everything was seasoned well, no need to add anything. Thanks for the great Sunday brunch! Glad I live nearby, will definitely be back!

• 29/10/24Everything ordered was hot fresh and delicious. The panckes were fluffy, syrup was flavorful. The Sausage egg and cheese biscuit was out of this wold! The Sec Biscuit was soft and flakey. I will def be dining in person next time! Five stars!

• 28/6/24i had the Loaded Breakfast Bowl and its delicious and filled to the point that i could make 2 whole meals with it and what ever sauce is on it is best im gonna try to find it in the store now the Waffle is basic crispy with some syrup but no butter but im not complaining
