Best ramen place in Ashburn hands down. Everything is consistently good. The broth is rich and flavorful. Ingredients are fresh. I recommend the garlic tonkotsu broth.

First time dining/ordering from bubblebee. The for was just ok. For the price I would think it would have more chicken. It wasn't even a full chicken breast and it was extremely thin. The noodle with good as well as the broth. But I don't know that we'd dine here again.

It's alright. Pretty much just your average Ramen place. I've ordered here twice, and both times it has come cold (I'm about fifteen minutes away so that's probably why) The lid to the bowl holding the dry additions came slashed right down the middle, limiting its reuse. For a $30 bowl of Ramen, I'd expect a little more care. But I also understand some things happen in transit so not a big deal.
I will say that the chicken katsu in the Build Your Own Ramen 拉面Diy is delicious. Crispy, if you eat it fast enough before the broth soaks it. The Brown Sugar Milk Tea 黑糖奶茶 is refreshing and the perfect amount of sugar to get your brain working. Overall, not bad.

I always get the ramen and love it. This time I got the blueberry tea with a cheese topping on it, which I had no idea what it was gonna be! It turned out to be so delicious it's like a whipped cheese topping, but it's sweet !10 out of 10
