I forget what that's called to do at the moment lol there was hardly any rice and a bazillion beans so that was a smidge annoying . the bottom of the bag was wet it's black bean juice and unstable but i noiticed it and didn't lose anything. I asked for UtensilsNapkin and got none. the burrito was delish. I wish it ha a smidge more teriaki sauce or that you can ask for some on the side. they are stingy with the chipotle sourcream for some reason. u asked for 4 and got 1.but they usually forget to include it entirely so it was a win of sorts lol I haven't ordered for a while and was in the mood. was yummy and I like the value and quality. just wish they'd be better with customer service stuff like not skimping in rice or forgetting napkins or condiments that were requested. or to make sure it's packaged well . that stuff matters

The best Bueno y Sano location. The chicken tastes very fresh. The steak has great flavor and isn't chewy. The beans and sauces are amazing. Good portion size and great value. I'll be ordering again from the Holyoke location!

I can always count on a delicious burrito that fills me up. Not only is it fresh, but the beans combined with the rice always leave me satisfied with a full stomach. Would definitely order again.

I ordered steak Steak Burrito bowl and it did not taste the same. I typically order from the one in West Springfield which is always good! This one just did not taste as good. The steak was not as flavorful and was not cooked right or something. I was very disappointed.
