This place makes great burgers, and in fact, I've not had anything from there that wasn't absolutely amazing. The problem comes in making sure the orders are done accurately. Each time I've ordered the cheesecake, it's been different, either there's been no caramel, the caramel is on the side in a cup, or drizzled on top. The burgers come with items on it that I've specifically asked not to have, sauces I've bought, don't get included. So it's more that this place needs to pay better attention to fulfilling orders as they have been placed. There is no doubt or question that the food itself is fantastic and, to be complexly honest, even worth the aggravation of a messed up order.

First, they gave my $70 order to someone else. Second, they made me wait another 40 minutes for their mistake. Third, they forgot my fries. Fourth and last, they are extremely overpriced. An order of fried pickles is $10.79, and you get maybe 12 slices.

The ten wings I ordered were overdone and dry on top of being very small compared to the wings I can get from Wingstop.

The food is good, but the service is lacking. I ordered 5 strips and got 4 (the other option was 3 strips...why they decided to go in between those two amounts is beyond me). I ordered sauce with the strips and didn't receive any. In addition to all of that, I got mozzarella sticks. Mozzarella sticks are $10. I received 4 of them. That's $2.50 per stick. They were meh/10. Definitely not worth it.
But hey, 2 stars because the tenders and fries were tasty.

The food tasted good. The portions were just extremely small this doesn't feel like six dollars worth of potato wedges. Keep in mind. They're only about 2 to 2 1/2 inches and this is what I saw when I opened it
