Ordered a Chocolate Oreo® Shake and machine was down. They called and offered pie and cookies to make up the total of the shake. One pie and 4 hard cookies, I don't think that made up $5.73. Pie is $2.48, so I paid $3.25 for some hard cookies that don't taste good. They should have given 2 pies and cookies that actually tasted like they were baked that day, as the bag says, and soft.

What a rip off $40 bucks for a star wars meal that I get better quality from a kids happy meal at McDonald's. This should be illegal. Small flavorless portions an a small dry hamburger.

Ordered 2 meals with cheese (whopper and triple whopper). Neither burger had cheese, neither of drinks arrived, fries were cold and stale, straws stuffed into bags so hard they were bent in half and cracked. It was almost like the restaurant staff didn't care and this has been a consistent problem with this particular BK.

These guys always get it right. This local Burger King for years has had a reputation of not getting orders right on a monumental scale THEY HAVE TURNED IT AROUND!!!. I now regularly order from them and so far over the past dozen orders for sale have a 100% accuracy rate and I am happy to order from them now!!!
